Return & Exchange Policy

At HuneyFire, we take pride in the quality of every piece in our Big Girl Money HuneyFire Collection. Each item is carefully inspected and photographed before leaving our facility to ensure it meets our standards.

All Sales Final

All items are final sale. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer store credit or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• Item must be damaged or defective upon arrival

• Request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

• All requests must be approved before any return is made

• Once approved, you will receive instructions for exchange or store credit

Please allow up to 72 hours for approval response

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, email us at:

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Description of the issue

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for exchange:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Item must have no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

• Must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept exchanges or issue store credit for:

• Incorrect sizing or fit

• Change of mind

• Normal wear and tear

• Items reported after 48 hours of delivery

Additional Notes

• HuneyFire reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the above requirements

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is confirmed defective

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Processing time is separate from shipping time

• Orders are not shipped the same day they are placed

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Shipping times may vary depending on carrier and location

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays

HuneyFire is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

• Weather conditions

• High volume periods (holidays, launches, promotions)

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

HuneyFire is not responsible for:

• Packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, HuneyFire is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Pre-Order Policy

Our pre-order window for "Big Girl Mpney/HuneyFire merch, is open from May 29 through June 11.

All items are made to order. Once the pre-order period closes, production will begin.

Please allow:

• Up to 7 days for processing

• Up to 7 days for shipping

Orders are expected to begin shipping on or around June 26.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 7 business days for processing and 7 business days for shipping after your order has been fulfilled. During pre-orders and launches, shipping times may vary slightly due to high demand.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase exclusive merchandise before it officially ships. This helps us prepare inventory and make sure everyone gets access to limited drop items.

When does the  pre-order close?

Pre-orders remain open through June 19th at 11:59 PM PST unless sold out earlier.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the limited nature of our merchandise drops, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently offering, but stay posted!

How should I wash my merch?

For best results, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve print quality and softness.

Will items restock after they sell out?

Some items may restock, but many drops are limited edition and may not return once sold out.
